By installing or using LHSBase@Home (the Software), You (the Licensee) agree to the terms of this license.
If You do not agree, don't use the Software.
COPYRIGHT
LHPro UG (haftungsbeschraenkt) retains title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in the Software. The Software is
protected by the copyright laws and treaties.
GRANT OF LICENSE
Licensee acknowledges that this is only a limited nonexclusive license.
The Software is licensed, not sold. This agreement only gives You some rights to use the Software.
You may install and use copies of the Software on one computer per bought license ("the licensed computer").
The license is tied to this specific computer.
EVALUATION AND ACTIVATION
If You want to continue using the Software after the granted Evaluation Period You must activate it.
RESTRICTIONS
You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
WARRANTY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LHPro UG (haftungsbeschraenkt) excludes warranties of any kind, either express
or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, non-infringement or fitness for a
particular purpose.
We do not warrant that the Software will be free of defects or that it will meet your requirements.
LHPro UG (haftungsbeschraenkt) gives no contractual guarantee in relation to the Software.
LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LHPro UG (haftungsbeschraenkt) BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES
INCLUDING INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE (INCLUDING BUT
NOT LIMITED TO ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS), EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE
POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
LHPro UG (haftungsbeschraenkt) shall have no liability for loss of data or documentation. The Licensee is solely responsible for
reasonable backup precautions.
THE ENTIRE LIABILITY OF LHPro UG (haftungsbeschraenkt) SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE.
GENERAL
Any claim, dispute or controversy with respect to, in connection with or arising out of this agreement shall be subject
to and decided by arbitration in Berlin, Germany.
If any provision of this agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be contrary to applicable law, such
provision will be changed and interpreted so as to best accomplish the objectives of the original provision to the
fullest extent allowed by law and the remaining provisions of the agreement shall remain valid and enforceable according
to its terms.
